REFUND POLICY

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334), the purchaser is entitled to a 7 day cooling off period from the date of purchase. During this period the purchaser may cancel the order and obtain a refund. One of the exceptions to this rule applies under Regulation 6.1a relating to services that begin before the end of the cooling off period.

Our downloadable papers and e-books are sent open and it is impossible for us to determine if a document has been erased by the purchaser. We therefore maintain that in downloading these items, Regulation 6.1a applies and therefore it is not possible to provide a refund.

However, if there are any difficulties in obtaining the product, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Therefore any queries should be communicated to us using the "Contact Us" facility on this web site or any of the other means indicated on the navigation bar at the right of the screen.

We believe that we are offering an honest product in good faith and do not wish to antagonise anyone.
